Why this business was started

I wanted to bring my favorite cosmetics brand from my country to Cyprus and after to other EU countries and to try my power in online business. I saw a good niche with a high quality but low-average price range and the growing demand from different audiences.

The reason of selling this business

I'm a bit tired of doing this business and I stuck in tries to grow it. We tried to open an offline store but we failed with it because of the Covid-19 and now I'd love to cover my (personal) loans I took for this opportunity.

What's involved in running this business

Your time only. We have the business processes like orders fulfillment, ordering from suppliers, and running advertising campaigns in Social, maintaining our social pages on Facebook (11k) and Instagram (3k). We developed unique and very efficient smart fulfilment and procurement Google Sheet, fully synced with Shopify and automated reporting which help me to do many routing things with one left hand :-)

    How to grow this business

    Before that I should say that our sales model is pretty unique. We generate around 80% of sales from our Facebook page WITHOUT VISITING OUR WEBSITE, just through the chats, and only the rest 20% are coming from the website and Amazon.

    So I see several points of growth where we don't have enough expertise and resources: 1. Increase website conversions and grow the sales, there is a huge potential of growth if you will be able to do Facebook and Google Ads with a positive ROI. 2. Add more suppliers and products, grow the sales share from the US and CA and other EU countries.

    Also, we feel a huge demand coming from APAC, but it's difficult to export cosmetics there.
