I started this business because of a newfound love for marketing alongside my love for animals. I was eager to learn something new and challenged myself to keep developing my skills. The more I learned about both marketing and my audience, the more I could help the business thrive.
The reason of selling this business
I'm selling the business as I simply do not have enough time to maintain the store and help it flourish. I have moved to London for a full time digital marketing position and as such, do not have the time to manage it and would rather it was under the control of someone who can continue to build it.
It is genuinely heartbreaking for me to sell it, but I would rather that my hard work was continued under another person, rather than left to die out. There is so much untapped potential for it.
What's involved in running this business
Fulfilling orders via Oberlo, researching competitors stores for new potential winning products, customer service via email, Facebook Audience Insights to find new untapped audiences for Advertising. It's all pretty simple work, but I just don't have enough time to manage between all of my personal work.

I would gradually move from horizontal scaling to vertical scaling. I have 2 winning products that I would create more variables for and continue to test audiences and increase my budget in retargeting. I would also outsource my social media management, to continue the growth.

Just need to know how to use facebook advertising efficiently. Using the Audience Insights feature has been a big part in the growth, as well as the breakdown tools in facebook ads manager, knowing where your buyers are coming from.
