Big Paw Shop is an online drop-shipping store in the Pet niche, specifically for dogs.
Started this about 1 year ago as a passion project to learn e-commerce and haven't taken it seriously enough to grow and boost sales. the store is loaded with drop shipping products and I will introduce you to the vendors and ways of buying I currently use.
the dates here only start in February because my original shopify store breached the payment processing terms so I had to restart. I can tell you specifically what happened in private but basically there's a new trend being legalized and I jumped the gun adding a certain product to my store.

currently do $0 in advertising and don't pay for any subscriptions. doing both of these things correctly will only bring net revenue
This is a great starter / intermediate store. Currently it sits on a .ca domain but I also own the .com which would significantly open up traffic and conversions
How can the future owner improve the business?
work closer with the procurement sources to improve pricing to be very competitive.
advertising and growing a pixel - utilizing e-mail campaigns. not currently doing any of that all traffic is word of mouth and SEO.
What work have you put into the store?
leveraged contacts - sourced hard to find products not offered on competitor site, adding a large collection of products with copy and imagery. multiple apps installed, paid for a premium template, grew social media following
