We use our mobile phones, laptops, and our Tv every single day, and we are unaware of the harm it can be causing. But most importantly our youth learning, Exposure to a lot of blue light in the evenings and at night can disrupt the body clock, leading to poor sleep and effects on other body processes that depend on the body clock, such as digestion. So learning can be difficult as lack of energy and motivation during the day can effect a child's ability to learn at school.
