Boho and Tribal is not a dropshipping store like anything else, it's a Brand!!~ This Perception of Brand is what makes this store stand out and make propects eager to buy at the moment. Even though we are dropshipping products from AliExpress, we conducted a lot of time and resources to find great suppliers that provide with great products, service and profit margins. The whole business is mostly automated and can be run by a single person with ease. The website as been fully optimized for conversions, ease of use and aesthetics so our clients can enjoy the time while they shop at Boho and Tribal. The store has been going down in visits and sales because no exposure/marketing has been done to it, BUT the base is there and it's really SOLID and SCALABLE!!

This store has, from the beginning, been far from its true potential sales wise. There are many sales fluctuations due to our lack of time and effort to mantain a consistent focus on this store. We noticed that when we put in some love and Advertising we would get a huge boom in sales!! Our main source of revenue was Instagram as our brand's products are really visual and boho chic women love to be on top of their clothing, so they are a really easy audience to target. Also a great idea to get a Exponential growth factor is to get lots of Female Influencers to use the products, this brand would definetely explode with some high engagement exposure.

The future owner of this business should focus on 2 main things: Long Term Value of the clients and Marketing. As Boho and Tribal is a brand that prouds itself of its great products, it's imperative that the focus is on the returning costumer. Retargeting campaigns should be made, follow-up email automation is super important and special offers presented to costumers. But you can't have long term clients if you don't have them at all right? So marketing is the thing to go to. As Boho and Tribal gets exposure the sales sky rocket, and if time and money is put in the values will be out of this world.

What work have you put into the store?

This store has got more than 2 months of constant daily and detailed improvement to be where it is. We are really sad to see this project go as we can see where it can go but we lack the time and availability right now to pursue this path. The place where less work has been put in is actually marketing as we never got the chance to invest hard on getting the brand out there. Which is great for someone getting their hands on it right now!
