Why this business was started


I understand site age is 7 months old, but please read everything below to understand the proper context and why this is a really high ROI investment.

I started this business in April 2021, but rebranded as Brave Nurses in May 2021. My drive was to build a quick cash flow business through dropshipping to put into my next venture (which is not ecom).

And that's the beauty of this business, it provides great cashflow with minimal work allowing you to live a great lifestyle and work from anywhere in the world.

Brave Nurse is a brand specialized in selling to nurses, we primarily sell compression socks as that is the most profitable product, but you can also sell nurse mugs, shirts, and other products specific to nurses.

The reason why we niched down to nurses is because the nursing market is extremely profitable and untapped at the same time (so there's very little competition but buckets of profits that can be made).

The nursing market has always been an appetizing consumer segment for businesses. Nurses have a strong sense of community, definable demographics, and well-paying jobs with strong employment security.

Few occupations are as deeply rooted in someone’s identity as nursing. Nurses often feel a personal mission to care for their community that makes their work an important part of how they see themselves.

Marketing to nurses with a gated, exclusive offer (our main offer is get 3 pairs for $39.99 where 1 pair costs $29.99 and converts like CRAZY) is a powerful way to honor their service and launch a meaningful brand relationship that grows into long-term loyalty.

Nurses are also a profitable market segment. There are approximately 4 million licensed nurses in the US, and in some states they earn more than $100,000 (so a lot of disposable income to spend).

All these factors make the nursing market extremely profitable and untapped at the same time so you can build a long-term sustainable brand producing consistent profits through building a loyal brand specific to Nurses.

The reason of selling this business

I have been planning to work on another project for over a year now (not ecommerce). The opportunity came up recently where I am able to go ahead with it. I learned years ago not to spread myself too thin on multiple projects. It might end up dragging both things down.

As much as I don't want to sell this store. It is making a ton of profit and I have spent countless hours optimizing everything. I think it is time to let the store go so I can focus on my next project. I want to ensure the next owner is successful so I am providing anything I can to help them.

What's involved in running this business

Running advertising campaigns on Facebook & Instagram (Testing new creatives or new ad copies) and writing email broadcasts.

All the day to day stuff like fulfilling orders, customer service emails, messages, comments, chargebacks, refunds, etc are all automated to our amazing V.A from the Phillipines.

Managing ads isn't time consuming, it takes less than 5 minutes a day to look at them and see either to increase budget or leave them be once you get everything set up.

If there is any issues with the order like a package got broken in transit, just let the supplier know. The are super responsive and answer 7 days a week. They will ship out a replacement the next day free of charge. The contacts of the supplier are included in the sale of the store as well.

Keep in mind I will be giving you the ad creatives and copy that worked for me (I've got a ton of winning variations and a plethora of content), I will also provide ad creatives for products that you could test out. The only thing you need to do is take it over and you will be on your way to making money right from the get go.

    How to grow this business

    This store has a ton of potential to grow and develop into a brand. There's an 8-figure brand called figs (, which is also selling to the nursing market and they're making $10M+/year, this shows you the potential of what's possible.

    In terms of running FB ads, I am including a step by step document on how I was able to do it so you could follow it and get similar if not better results. Since you are getting the FB pixel, you can run look a like audiences on day 1. It covers what I recommend doing on day 1 as well as how to test and multiple ways to scale ads.

    The sale also includes the ad creative, copy, interests on how I scaled the store to this level. It also includes all the content (influencer, UGC, professional content, etc.) . Basically you get everything to help you succeed with this store from the start.

    I would take advantage of email marketing to get customers that already purchased from the store to purchase again. It would cost you next to nothing to get them to purchase. These are customers that already trust the store since they already made a leap to purchase the first time. We have 7K+ emailable profiles with 20% of the people that come on to our store joining our email list thanks to our spin-to-wheel pop-up, 20%! The average email opt-in rate is only 1.5%. We're doing nearly 20% of our revenue through email with the small amount of emails we are sending so if you send more and continue to get more and more email subscribers with our 20% opt-in rate, you could be doing 50% of revenue through email alone!

    I would recommend expanding to different platforms as well. To name a few you could start advertising on Google Adwords, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, Youtube. We actually have a pixel installed for Google and TikTok so they have a pretty good amount of data. Also we have UGC content specific to TikTok so you can get into TikTok right away. I will also provide you with a full list of keywords and ad groups to get started on Google (this took hours to create).

    Start running retargeting ads on Facebook. We haven't ran any retargeting ads, so if you start running retargeting, you can easily add 15-20% to your sales very profitably.

    Start campaigns targeting only male nurses as we're only selling to female nurses right now. This will massively increase scale.

    Amazon is MASSIVELY popular for nurse compression socks. This listing right here: has nearly 50K reviews and if you check their reviews, the vast majority are nurses, meaning if you create a listing on Amazon specific to nurses, with nurse specific designs, all those sales will flock to you.

    Expand offerings of new sock designs, new products like insoles, healthcare shoes, scrubs, nurse gifts, etc. and market to customers on all areas Email and Ads (I will provide a document on how to achieve this). Especially new compression sock designs as women love ordering more designs of the same apparel. Just check out the insane amount of designs offered on AliExpress ( and our agent offers them for 10-20% cheap than AliExpress.
