It wasn’t easy back then and many sacrifices were made to keep their dream alive. To maintain a healthy diet and conserve finances, Joe shared his love of food and cooking with Stephanie. Over time, Joe developed an affinity for teaching and Stephanie’s cooking ability greatly evolved. After some time, they realized that while they were dedicated to their craft, there was something missing. They didn’t feel fulfilled. However, one thing remained constant through their struggles. The most joyful part of each day was creating healthy meals that were bursting with flavor but required little prep time. Then came the “Ah Ha” moment! Stephanie and Joe realized that if they combine several key ingredients (their love for helping others and stress-free food prep) they would have a winning recipe. And with that…the Brilliant Bistro was born! Stephanie and Joe believe that food accomplishes far more than just satisfying your appetite. Food is our sense of community.
