School purchase orders are typically between $400-$2,000, but we have had sales that exceed $10,000 in a single order as well. We currently work with a drop shipper that has been a great partner in the growth of my business. This makes order fulfillment convenient, reliable, and typically very quick. One easy way to increase profit margins, however, would be to purchase inventory directly from our product manufacturers and negotiate a quantity discount. New ownership could easily run this business with one person, but I think that it could grow a lot with a small sales and customer service team. A great deal of time has been put into making these websites user friendly, and I believe that the current appearance and user experience is top notch. Moreover, the current supplier has proven to be a great partner with quality products, and this relationship will transfer to new ownership. I would be very happy to offer any insights and/or suggestions with respect to where profit margins could be enhanced, costs saved, new suppliers to work with, etc. This is a win/win opportunity for all interested parties.
