Why this business was started
I love POD design and the potential of creating something that will impact the world. I have targeted people's passions, and after a few attempts, the cat's niche began to catch my eye and started to have a good amount of sale, and we continued designing more in the same niche.
The main idea of the business was too grow it to the point that will become completely automated. However, due to some other projects that I run in parallel, it was pretty complicated to get the time to grow it to the right level.
The reason of selling this business
Online marketing is the way to go if you want to create a business, but like any business requires a lot of time and dedication. I need to decide which projects I will pursue this year, and this shop is not in my plans at this stage. After a lot of work and dedication with, automation, own designs, I do not have the time. I pause my shop for 7 months, and I have not had time to get back to it. So I am deciding on selling it, that includes all the designs, mockup up, so someone perhaps will be able to grow it.

I made my designs. Therefore, I was uploading new products consistently and only created FB ads to the potential products that I saw possibilities.
The more products you test, the more potential you have to find a design that resonates with a lot of people and that is where the massive sales are achieved.
I will share with the buyer my workflow, and what I used to do on a day to day bases. Including the things that did not work well, so perhaps the buyer will have a better performance in revenue.
I started this store around June 2016 but was not until December 2016 that I launched properly and start doing the research it needed.
This shop is a general store with the potential of creating different brands from it. At the moment the biggest niche lies in the Cat Niche when most of the sales are being made.
Due to time constraints I have not bee able to launch the other 2 niches that are in my store like it should be, but it does have a huge potential in terms that all the design and products uploaded have not been tested, but have been carefully researched to diminish the risk of the products not working. At the moment, I am managing other projects that do not allow me to take the time scale the shop the way it should be and explode all the possible potential of this amazing niches,’
Traffic: Since Opening, we had a total of 47,821 visitors Most of the traffic comes from Facebook paid ads, organic traffic from people searching our brand. You will get full access to the Facebook ads account including the campaign, ads, pixel data, Custom audiences LLA audiences that have been really successful.
Also the underlying strategy we are using
Email Marketing Our list consists of 2159 very passionate about cats subscribers that enjoy and keep buying from us on a regular basis. Abandonment cart follows up, also generates a small portion of the revenue, but need work in order to optimise it better.
I have to be honest and our email strategy is not that strong, as due to time we are not very constant. this could be used to test more products as our list is very engaging, but every time we send an email, we do make sales.
With the store, I am giving everything away, including products design about 250 and counting, mock-ups, graphics, and anything you need to fulfil the potential of the store.
This includes 2 potential brands that I started but has not launched properly.
We have generated around $83,053 in revenue and we have a 7.16% Repeat customer rate, however, in the cat niche itself, we have a 9.20% Repeat customer rate.
The business model is a POD (Print on Demand), using different providers around the world. Most of our success is with Pillow Profits, but Teelauch is working really well for us at this particular time. So the potential of POD is endless.

Why am I Selling It?
I have invested almost 20K in the shop so far, using a different app, looking for the best niche and products, and even though I can make it profitable with the right amount of time, I have bigger projects going on on the side, that are taking most of my time.
As sad as this is, I have to let the shop go and I will transfer all the knowledge obtained to the buyer, the whole aim is that whoever is interested will be successful and happy with the investment.
I have created most of the designs, but I also bought some of them with 99 designs, fiver, creative market, so I will provide the sources that I know.

The price is to sell it as fast as possible so I can concentrate on my other projects as soon as possible. As of today I am still selling and supporting customers and that is taking time and efforts on my part.

What can be done better to increase profit
Well as time is a constraint this is what I have not done at all, that could improve the profitability of the shop
Instagram: I have not even thought much work here, with my own page or with influencers, this is a huge thing that could be done
Pinterest: I have not been able to set up the boards, so traffic could be generated correctly and create more targeted traffic
Google Shopping: as I am writing this, this perhaps could be the next thing that I would implement. A lot of strategies and free traffic could be used for this.
SEO (Google): Honestly, I have not even looked at this yet, I know there is a huge potential with our niche, but have not had the time to get around it.
Facebook Dynamic ads: Once you get the traffic going, this feature is really powerful to do automatic sales without you even doing anything, the downside you have to get your traffic up there in order for this to work properly.
We haven't really created a successful email marketing system. or a strong back end up-sale and marketing funnels. My aim is being getting that initial sale, but after knowing this I know that the real profit is in the recurring revenue that due to time I am missing.
Youtube: I have not created any youtube channel or any traffic that this is definitely another strategy that I am not using at all
