Why this business was started
I decided to start this business as a side hustle to finance my law degree, it grew way beyond anything I intended and currently provides a decent living. I’m now at $20k+ revenue and about $3000+ profit per month and the numbers keep growing.
The reason of selling this business
I'm in the final stages of my university degree now and don't have much time to grow the business any further. I never intended this to be my full time job and hate to see it being left behind. Right now I only do the necessary work, answering customer mails and place the orders, this takes me less than 30 minutes/day.
I know it has great potential and could easily be scaled up further but I need to stick to my priorities, preparing for my final exams.
I would love to give it away to someone that could provide the attention needed to continue the brand and serve my customers.
What's involved in running this business
Since it's an already established dropshipping business, it doesn't require much work. One needs to place the customer orders with the fulfillment services Yakkyofy and AliExpress, those processes are mostly automated and take around 15 min/day. I get around 5 support Emails a day which I answer every two days. The facebook ads are running on their own and basic social posts are automated as well as shipping notifications.

I will make sure you know how it works and what to do and how to expand it. Including explanation of all apps. I want my baby to be taken care of :D I will take responsibility of all previous orders and any refunds/chargebacks regarding orders placed during my ownership will be taken care of by me during that 30 day transition phase.
Product photosAround 190 products, including supplier provided pictures and personalised names as well as German product description are already online and will be included. New products can easily be imported via AliExpress, my fulfilment agency in China or any other channel of choice.
SuppliersProducts are being shipped from China. The buyer will get ownership of my account with the fulfilment service Yakkyofy, most top selling products are being fullfilled with them and shipping takes around 8 days. Some products are still ordered from AliExpress and I will transfer my Dsers account with all products mapped for easy order fulfilment.
How to grow this business
First I would consistently add new products and do more posts on social media. Also leveraging influencer marketing would be a great way to boost sales. The Facebook ads currently running are really basic and could probably perform better using videos or more sophisticated ads in general. I have established a real brand here, I have 10% returning customers and just expanding the product catalogue potentially increases sales. One could take it to the next level by moving the order fulfillment to Germany, this would reduce shipping times. Using local suppliers would also probably increase sales.
Skills to have
It’s a German store, selling to Germany, Switzerland and Austria, knowledge of German language would be highly recommend/necessary.
Basic knowledge in Facebook ads and customer support are needed, but could easily be learned on the go. Everything is up and running already.
