General description

I started this business after identifying a strong trend for these products back in July. This is a niche store and we sell one type of product. 99% of sales come from one product which makes fulfillment simple.

All fulfillment is done through our dropshipping agent based in China who has direct connections with four suppliers for this product and holds our inventory, ensuring efficient logistics at all time.

Our main traffic method is Facebook ads. We also ran some Instagram influencer promotions in the past but we are now focusing only on Facebook Ads (and some Google Search Ads for brand name searches). We have original video content and a LOT of pixel data for this product which allows us to outperform competitors in the Facebook auction.

Customer service is ran by my team of VAs. If necessary, I can see if they would be willing to transfer with the sale. Otherwise we can provide all the macros we are currently using in ZenDesk for customer service.

We believe this space will continue growing and this store presents an enormous opportunity to emerge as a leading brand. We have a lot of data with our $810K in sales to date and the trend for this product type is healthy. The store is easy to run since almost everything is done with FB ads.

All assets will be transferred including our FB and IG pages with a combined 50K+ followers, our original video content, pixel data etc.

The owner only needs to outsource video production (recommendations can be made) to create new ads regularly, hire someone to manage the FB marketing, and hire someone to take care of the excel sheet fulfillment (I currently do it myself once a day).

How can the future owner improve the business?

One major move could be private labeling the products and establishing this brand as a leader in its space. Aside from that, the future owner can continue to scale the business by creating new video ads and replicating what's already been proven to work for us. The target audience for this product is massive. I also see massive potential in introducing new product lines for this niche. Lastly, the future owner can improve our back end to increase profits for this store. We have barely touched upsells and email marketing.

What work have you put into the store?

I have built the store completely from scratch, designed the branding, produced the video ads and ran the marketing all by myself. I have created over 5 original video ads. I have put together a team of 3 trained VAs to take care of customer service. I have also put in a reliable fulfillment system with the dropshipping agent to ship our products Worldwide at a low cost.
