1B. Automated Booking Process
A potential customer will either call our phone system or fill out a long form on our website. Our virtual assistant handles all of the calls & forms - she's been trained to call the customers immediately, build their customer profile, process their credit card, and add it to the schedule for the cleaners to get an automatic notification.
There is a multi-line phone system, so if our Virtual Assistant is on an ongoing call or on break then the calls will be routed to me.
1C. Automated Follow Ups
After service is completed, the order is fulfilled and our customer will receive a customized text & email notification informing them of service completed + recurring discounts available. Our Virtual assistant will immediately follow up after the service is completed and is trained to ask them how their service went and offer them discounts for booking again for the 2nd time as a repeat customer.
Acquiring customers is done solely through Google Ads & word of mouth/referrals. I've got $21,000+ of Google Ads data as of today. This includes demographics, locations, ages, different keywords, time of day, etc etc etc. There is a lot of data to work with that the new owner can utilize to their advantage and increase sales or use across different marketing strategies (Facebook Ads, Direct Mail, TikTok Ads)
