Why this business was started

We started this brand in June 2018, This was our second business, we started it because we saw an opportunity to do something a little different to what we already were with more colourful designs on clothing, we started dropshipping the brand with the plan to test for 3-6 months and see if it was a viable idea and if it was we would buy a DTG printer and print ourselves. Within 2 months we ordered the printer and have been printing ourselves since, we now run a full dropshipping service and print for many clients, this and our first business are taking all of our time now.

The reason of selling this business

We brought a DTG printer when we started this business, now we have several and run a full dropshipping service and print for many brands. along with our other business, we weren't able to put the time on on this brand. We currently do all marketing/ customer service and printing in house. when our other businesses saw growth in april/ may we had to slow down what we were doing on this brand, We pretty much turned off all advertising in July/august. Its unlikely we are going to get time to focus on this brand but it has still been bringing in several thousand pound a month without any attention to it which shows what a profitable business it is and can be.

What's involved in running this business

i currently spend 15-20 mins a day on customer service (at its peak months this would be 30-60 mins) social media- right now, 0 mins, peak - 60-90 mins emails - right now, 10 mins a week, peak was 90 mins a week. printing and fulfilling orders, this would currently take around 1 hour a day, at peak 4/5 hours a day. either coming up with new designs or getting graphic designers to create new designs every couple of months to keep it fresh. You can POD this business, we could still potentially do this if required. Or you can print yourself/ with your own printer/ company.
