Since I have degrees in this niche (Masters), I noticed an obvious lack in this niche.
I wanted to create a brand around a product and this has been a success.
I have exploited this niche and it is still very profitable. I am the leader in this market now and I believe that next year the potential of 10M is highly achievable.
The reason of selling this business
Because I created another brand in skin care and it also works very well and I would like to spend a little more time, and I don't want to hire a general manager to take care of my current brand + 1M3 sales turnover.
What's involved in running this business
How do I manage my business? Very simple! For customer service: I have hired service providers (on upwork) to do this. Now they are well trained and work exclusively for me!
For order placement: My agent/supplier logs in every day automatically via an application and manages the order, then every week he sends me the invoice to pay it.
To manage the social networks, this is done by providers as community managers.
For the development is research and advertising (Google / Facebook ads / Snapchat ads ... ) I do it myself because I love it and I am very strong in these areas.
