Why this business was started

When I decided to start this business I wanted to create a business designed with purpose, which allowed me to have passive income and to make money while I slept. I also wanted to create a business model that had a positive impact on peoples lives by introducing them to natural and organic beauty brands and health and wellness products they may have not been exposed to otherwise. My mission was to redefine the definition of beauty and natural glow, a brand that cares. I started this subscription box business for the love of skincare. And wanting to introduce people to natural and organic products, giving them an inexpensive way to try new products.

The reason of selling this business

Sadly, I have to make a big move and start a family. And I also still have a career in finance that that I love and not ready to give up on just yet.

Have a planner for social media post. And constant communication with brands that meet the criteria to feature in the box. Also great customer service. You will need to have a plan for what products you want to offer in the box each month or every other month. Depending on the frequency on how you would like to deliver boxes. Also securing a reliable shipping partner. The reason why I did every 2 months, because it gives me enough time to research new products and communicate with suppliers(brands) for the next shipping month.

Other details about profit: I do on average of 50-70 orders bi-monthly. I host my store on Amazon's subscription platform $1500+ in sales. I rarely used facebook ads, to generate any revenue, but the few times I ran ads, I used them for traffic and to increase my email list and get a few orders. Ad spend daily is no more $10. I am also able to increase my profits by keeping my expenses low and buying in bulk for packaging (which you would receive about 400 boxes free to get started with). I can also provide you with reliable shipping partners that I have used across the globe.

    How to grow this business

    I would suggest consistently engaging subscribers through the newsletter or on social media. I will share my flow that has worked successfully. The average growth of subscription boxes is about $200K -$230K in 6 months - 2 months with the right team. I will certainly provide you with tips and tricks and all the branding deck used when promoting.

    Skills to have

    No skills needed. You certainly need to be committed enough to pick the right products to offer your subscribers, and make sure you're able to bargain prices offered from brands. I will provide you with a full script of what has worked in getting products from brands and a certain budget I would recommend sticking to.
