Shine Craft Vessel Co. started in 2014 - and ran as a single member LLC. Sales were 34K in 2014. In 2015, took on equity investors to help grow the business, and sales reached $179K. In 2016 sales were $198K, and in 2017 sales reached 260K. In 2018, we hit $296K

We had the simple goal of making a better beer growler and that has continued to be our guiding principle- make it better.

We've since grown to a be boutique, globally distributed brand for craft beverage and design enthusiasts and retailers. Our days are dedicated to design, customer service & making a differentiated supply chain. There's more options than ever in the drinkware space and we continue focus on designing products with heart, function and beauty.

The reason of selling this business

Our wholesale and customized business has grown beyond current owner's capacity for management. The company has a solid recurring customer base for 32, 64, and 750 ML vessels, a major distribution partner overseas, and continues to sell retail through direct online, although that is not a major portion of the business. The wholesale accounts can be grown substantially with proper sales team with low inventory on hand. The sales commissions we pay to third party vendors could be eliminated altogether for a strategic buyer who has a sales force as well as fulfillment elimination as we outsource a warehouse.
