I wanted to start this business because I knew there was a huge market for the baby industry ($70+ billion annually). I found a product that looked interesting and began selling it. Within the first few days, the video went viral and started profiting and started creating a brand around baby products, added more viral products and the rest is history.

The reason of selling this business

As an entrepreneur, I have many day-to-day operations and with my other dropshipping stores and endeavors. I have decided to let this store go in hopes of someone who can scale it even higher than I did. I care for this brand because it was my first store into the baby niche and did extremely well for me but I know the person who takes it from my hands will do even better. HeavenlySupply has much more potential with new baby products being released each and every day. Since the pixel data and email list is already there, there will be no issue finding that next viral product on top of the hot selling items currently listed.

What's involved in running this business

Almost everything is automated besides customer service. There is a dropshipping agent in China that gets the product cheaper than AliExpress and ships them out for you. They're delivery time is amazing and only takes 10 business days to ship to the United States. Tracking numbers are included as well. The dropshipping agent will even ship out replacement for free if the item is damaged or wrong color.

    How to grow this business

    I would continue to test viral baby products in a branded way that will elevate you from the competition, then once I find a product sticking more so than usual, I would work with our drop shipping agent to brand that particular product (packaging and all). From there, expanding it to influencers, and other sales channels will show success at scaling. OnceI have multiple different hot selling products, I would import the products the United States and start fulfilling in-house or from a warehouse to bring quicker shipping times to customers to increase returning customer rate.

    Skills to have

    The new owner should have knowledge of branding, facebook advertising, and customer service. These are the three main things that would be good to run this on auto pilot. Although, having knowledge in Google ads and other paid traffic platforms would be a huge plus. Something I didn't know that could have increased my revenue and profits.
