The reason of selling this business

I've taken on a new position and I just don't have the time for this site. This is a hard decision because it's profitable, and has some incredible assets (strong Instagram presence, dozens of striking photos to use for ads, and a history of high conversion). Ultimately, I think the next owner has the potential to significantly increase revenue just like I did

What's involved in running this business

  • Fulfilling dropship orders - this process is mostly automated only takes 30 min per week
  • Responding to emails - I have templates for responses to 95% of the emails you'll get, it's very easy to use these templates, you could even hire a virtual assistant if you'd like.
  • Social media posting - You want to do this at least once a week and it'll help generate revenue. You also will want to maintain FB ads during the busy season for swimwear to maximize sales, I can give best practices for what has worked and should continue to work

    How to grow this business

    • Continue to post on social media, particularly Instagram. Posting at least once every few days will generate sales, and posting more than that will drive a higher ROI. We also get consistent requests via our Instagram page for ambassadors who will post pictures of our swimwear for reduced cost or free product.

    • CRM Marketing: This is not an area of specialty for me, so I've done very little email marketing. If someone were to do more outreach to our subscribers, my guess would be that could easily add an additional $10k (for example creating a July 4th sale and emailing all previous customers with a special discount)

    • We have a process for using topical sales. its very easy and only takes 5 minutes to update, but it's important that you do this 4-5 times a year. I can share more detail for the new owner.
