I started this business as a side business after seeing certain print on demand products work well for the three main holidays / gift giving events I cater to with this site. I also have an easy route to market these products that still works extremely well (Instagram Influencer Marketing)
The reason of selling this business
I'm selling the site so I can concentrate on setting up my brand site. This site was setup as a side business to bring in consistent profits at certain times per year and I no longer have the time to concentrate on it as my main site needs most of my attention.
What's involved in running this business
Running the site involves :
Product research - I will show the buyer my simple product research strategy that works year after year. This process could be outsourced easily
Product designs - I have been doing the product designs myself as most have been text based and i enjoyed doing them but this could easily be outsourced for not much money as the designs aren't hard or complicated
Running ads - I use instagram influencers as the main traffic source for the site. I have tested multiple pages on instagram and have a list of the most profitable that I advertise with every year. This list is included with the sale of the site.
Customer support - I have been doing the customer support myself for this site due to the fact there isn't much work involved with it as I have only been concentrating on 3 main events per year but this could easily be outsourced, especially if the buyer wants to expand and branch into other holiday / gift giving events.

How to grow this business
Currently the store capitalises on three holiday / gift giving events per year with more general products being sold in lower quantities throughout the year.
The new store owner could branch out into other gift giving holidays and capitalise on those to grow the business even further.
The store also doesn't use Facebook ads as its main traffic source ( only used for retargeting ), someone who has knowledge in Facebook ads could grow revenue exponentially.
