I spend ~10-hours a week on the business with a 30-min call once a week with the VA team, checking ad performance, and meeting with our agencies. Almost everything else is automated including CS, supply chain, design, fulfillment, email/SMS, google ads, and FB ads by 4 VA's based in the Philippines and a performance based agency.
