Why this business was started

I started this business as an entry into dropshipping, with the ultimate dream of owning my own branded business. Dropshipping is great for learning the ins and outs of eCommerce, with a potential of huge profits. It was the perfect entry to learn the ropes of owning and running my own business.

The reason of selling this business

I have decided to now sell my business as I have since moved on to running my dream business (clothing brand) and no longer have the time spare to run this business alongside. The store has been temporarily closed during the Coronavirus pandemic however, I have set the store up ready for re-opening under new ownership.

    How to grow this business

    Although the store is currently set out for one product dropshipping, it does also come with a general store theme built into it which can be easily switched depending on your current business aim. The other business theme/store was the store I used to find my 'winning products', all of which are still saved in the general store theme for you to try out. All the products are linked through Oberlo to the suppliers which offered me the best service/price on AliExpress, ready for you to use and start dropshipping orders straight away. In terms of growing this store over the next few years, I would recommend dropshipping the clawed gardening gloves through this one product branded store. The huge customer list, proven product videos and advertisements (all included) are a great way to jump straight in making money through this business. Once you have fine tuned your perfect marketing audience, I would recommend adding new upsell and cross sell products from the gardening niche to increase the AOV and maximise your profits.

    Even if you're new to the world of eCommerce, everything is already in place to give you a great head start. However, a basic understanding of marketing is advised before running Facebook or Google advertisements. I would also recommend a basic understanding of accounting and how to manage your money wisely. Great content can be found on Youtube to get you started.
