In terms of sales, we did $86K in 2016 and ~$36.5K in 2017. The main change from '16 to '17 is that we switched from marketplace model, to a direct model roasting our own coffee. In additional, we reduced the amount of equipment SKUs and time/energy.
Overall, I think the website traffic, emails, and customer lists are attractive assets that could monetize, convert, and service at a much higher rate. As you build more confidence around your customer life time value and move into the paid digital acquisition model I think CoffeeKind provides a very attractive customer acquisition channel.
