I decided to start this business as I found a very niche corner of the market selling Crypto Kicks to people in the crypto space. It helped that I had an interest in the crypto sphere as well.

The reason of selling this business

I have decided to leave me 9-5 next year and this was my side hustle. Now that I have started my new venture Im not going to have time to run this.

What's involved in running this business

  • Processing orders
  • Talking with influencers and running monthly contests (will need a twitter account. I will give you the contacts for the influencers )
  • Answering all customer inquiries.
  • Checking orders to ensure customers have ordered the correct shoe size.
  • Designing shoes for limited edition competitions -Sending out emails to customers with promos etc -Canva ( You will need canva to do your designs in. Then they are upload to the supplier app where you finalise the design process)

Plus will answer any questions that arise during these sessions.

    How to grow this business

    I have had the business for 3.5 months now . In that time I have engaged two Influencers, and gone into partnership with a crypto project to sell all their merchandise. For growth I would offer new designs, find more influencers and continue to contact Crypto Projects in the space to join forces with to become their merch supplier. Also with a customer base of already over 100 people , mail outs every two weeks would be essential.

    Skills to have

    Only skillset is be a good communicator, and have a basic understanding of how Shopify works. This is not essential as there are plenty of guides out there to show you how to run your store. If you are creative this will help as well when designing the shoes, but I have found most of my ideas have come from the influencers
