General description

POD clothing store valued at $13,010 USD. I started this business in December. It is a Print On Demand business. The first 2 months were great because the crypto market was also growing. In these months I also wasted way too much of the profit on marketing since I was new to it all. When the market crashed, I had to stop running ads because of the low conversion rates. So I kind of took a break from the store. But with the market starting to grow again, I see bright days ahead. There is no doubt that the right person can take this business to the next level.

Almost all the product fulfillment is fully automatic. The majority if the items are from 1 app named Printfull. This app does everything fully automatic. Receive order, charge you, print the items, ship the items. All you need to do is make sure your payment options are in order. We also have some other items with other apps like Oberlo, for these items, all you need to do is confirm the orders. So you would have to make the payment yourself instead of it being automatic like Printfull.

The return rate is very low. Less than 1% of customers is not happy with the orders. This is either because the shirt might be damaged, in which case, all you need is to ask for a picture, sent the picture to the app (Printfull) and they will send the customer a new shirt. If the customer ordered a wrong shirt, I just tell them to take a good look at the size chart and tell me their proper size. Then I just send them the proper size for free. This is a lot easier and customer friendly then telling them to return the shirt first, so in the long run, this will be more beneficial. This also almost never happens so the short term loss is negligible.

I am selling the business because I won't have enough time to maintain it since I will be on a full time apprenticeship soon.
