Curvefull is a plus size fashion boutique offering discounted clothing to full figured women. We created this clothing store for plus size women because we saw that there was a huge void in the market. What sets us apart from other dropshipping clothing stores is our exceptional customer services, our low prices, our fast free shipping and free returns. Because of that, our store has been well received and largely accepted in the plus size community. Although this eCommerce website caters to plus size women, it has the potential to become a clothing store for all body types because we've secured a business relationship with two U.S. dropshipping companies that offer female sizes 0-28. Our strategy has been to sell only to plus size women, in order to penetrate the market with a niche audience and then transition into clothing for "all body types". We currently sell an array of of women apparel that includes tops, bottoms, jumpsuits, rompers, swimwear, jewelry, accessories and more. Curverfull is not just a clothing store, but a fast growing social community. It has over 3000 followers (in 3 months) on Instagram, Twitter and Facebook. In addition, we've built relationships with several influencers in the plus size fashion industry and because of that the majority of our traffic comes from our social sites.

Why should someone buy this store?

This eCommerce site is highly automated, which means less manpower needed to keep it running. All new customers sign up and get an automated email with a coupon code. They also get follow up emails from MailChimp and KIT with receipts, new items added to the store, reminders, discount codes and more. Our dropshippers are also vastly automated and orders are processed quickly and effortlessly. Finally, the clothing quality is exceptional and priced very low allowing for a huge gains. Not to mention that we only deal with U.S. vendors so the delivery is 3-5 days for all items. How can the future owner improve the business?

The site currently sits at the top 4% of traffic on Shopify for stores launched in the same week. To keep this status and to further grow your traffic, the new owner will need to invest in Google AdWords and Facebook advertisements. In addition to paid traffic, the new owner will need to spend time on social sites engaging potential customers and growing Curvefull's social fan-base. Finally, the new owner will need some knowledge of the fashion industry and correctly price items and writing good product descriptions.

What work have you put into the store?

We've spent most of our time optimizing, testing and automating processes. - Optimization: Every page on our website has been optimized to deliver a friendly and trustworthy experience to the customer. Because of that our bounce rate has gone from 63% to 38% in the past few months. - Automation: We've worked really hard to streamline all processes. Our customers get automatic emails when they sign up, followed by a set of followup emails which lead to repeated purchases. We've also created a smooth and largely automated process for placing and shipping orders. Orders can quickly be process in a matter of minutes. - Testing: We've spent a lot of money and time doing paid advertisements (AB Testing) in order to find our target audience. This data will be provided with purchase.

How to grow this business

If I was not selling, I would start by investing dollars into Facebook ads and Google AdWords. It is the only thing needed to make big profits with this store. Also, continue to grow social channels like Instagram and Facebook. As of long term, I would associate myself with bigger brands that offer better profit margins. Finally, I would start creating my own clothing with the Curvefull label.

Skills to have

New owner should defiantly have some knowledge of the Shopify platform, although it can be learned quite easily and I offer 20 hours of training with purchase. Knowledge of Facebook and Google ads would help tremendously. Finally, the new owner needs to have great customer service. Customer service is king.
