Do you work with any employees, freelancers, or contractors?

As usual it is optional to keep this VA. She has been working with me for 3 years and its extremely good at it. I couldn't run this business without her.

Why should someone buy this store?

It is making money right now. I am scaling a winner and this will be included when buying the store,

Because of tha data accumulated. It has thousands of buyers and prospects. +20k in total. It has a ton of positive reviews you can check in the store that proves it.

Also the facebook ad account i am willing to add to the store with ton of money invested in it. And a pixel that can get sales without target at all (if product is similar to previous ones).

As a dropshipping business the main value of a store, if it is not making money right now, is in the data it has gathered along the way.

How can the future owner improve the business?

Just using the data. Doing email marketing to the current list of over $20k and using the facebook pixel we have been working with to make $330k in sales the last yeat.
