Our family is moving to another country and this business is geography-dependent. It is currently located in Vancouver, BC. However, the new owner can implement shipping process to make it work from any other location within Canada.

Although this is an online business, you need to have a location in or near Vancouver, BC because primarily, this is an equipment rental operation and the products need to be delivered to and picked up from the customer location. This is more of a real business than other online business in this regard. You would need a storage facility to store the inventory and a vehicle (SUV or a minivan) for the deliveries.

All you need to do is to keep it in good condition. In addition, you charge back the damaged goods to the customer through the security deposit.
