We are selling the business due to the impossibility of running it as we would like to. Going back to the origins, and now that the pandemic appears to be slowing down, we have other business projects in mind that are more geared towards physical stores than online sales. What's involved in running this business

Fulfilment procedure is made from our central warehouse from all orders from Monday to Friday. Each order is meticulously prepared, checking (and where appropriate, adjusting) each of the jewels that are shipped, packaging and delivering them to transport agencies daily. A package tracking link is provided to customers half an hour after the daily closing of the receipt of orders. We are currently 4 people on staff. We work Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. with a 1-hour break. One of them is in charge of social media and customer service. Another one is exclusively dedicated to the advertising department. Two people are in charge of warehouse work, computer system orders and supplier and wholesale management. It is a matter of being well organized and rotating roles appropriately when necessary.

The website has 5 automatic languages (Spanish as the main language, English, Italian, Portuguese and French), with revised translations and automatic geolocation. Customer service is offered in 5 languages (and we have email and WhatsApp templates to carry out the most common queries and transactions in these languages).
