General description

This store is a men’s fashion accessories dropshipping business that has been operating for approximately a year and a half with great success.

The primary marketing strategy has been the Free + Shipping model and remarketing to existing customers in order to increase their lifetime value by upselling to them higher price retail items.

Store traffic is driven through multiple channels. New customer acquisition is driven via paid Instagram Advertisement and word of mouth from our satisfied customers.

Other forms of traffic is driven through regular Instagram posts and email campaigns (list of approx 150,000 subscribers).

Our dropshipping store has netted over $2 million in total revenue since Jan 2017. Average profit margin can range from 8-10%.

Primary market for our store is from the United States. We do get occasional purchases from parts of Asia, Europe, and Australia, but the bread and butter has always been the United States.

We have a direct relationship with a supplier in China that performs our fulfillment in bulk. This means that all you need to do is export orders at your own schedule and send them over to the supplier, and make a one time payment, rather than the traditional one at a time fulfillment done by Oberlo or other dropshipping apps. Pricing from supplier is stable and is always open to renegotiation. We tend to try and renegotiate pricing when there are upticks in sales.

This store requires someone, either you or another person on your team to be knowledgeable in Facebook Ads. I am willing to offer operational support for a limited time after the store has been sold but I cannot teach you how to advertise, as it can be complex and there are many different strategies that can be implemented. Please do not contact me if you are unfamiliar with Facebook Advertising or have no one to take over that portion of the business.

Cost of advertising can be set as you please. We generally find a good medium at about $1000/a day but this can easily be scaled if the amount of work is put in with great strategy. At our highest peak, we were spending almost $10,000 a day on advertising.

Do you work with any employees, freelancers, or contractors?

We have one VA who answers all of our customer service emails and works with our supplier to work out any order issues. Weekly pay of $300. She works very independently as is highly punctual and pays great attention to detail.
