Why this business was started

Streamlined print on demand store. We sell one product and last Q4 did $500k in sales off $150k in ad spend. This year I didnt have as much time to prepare (and iOS14 didn't help). Were still scaling and doing about $7k/day in revenue at 2.5X roas (profiting about $1500/day) strictly from FB/IG ads. If you are good with FB ads (or TikTok which I think this would do really well on) and have the time to implement some new products to the store (try offering other POD products on gooten or printify to upsell our 14k email subs) this would be a much more successful store. This store would be great for all holidays (valentines, mothers/fathers day, birthdays, graduations, etc.) but I dont have the time to dedicate so put some things together last minute for the holidays and are seeing good results. We have a rock solid US supplier and fast shipping with a high quality product. Ops wise everything goes through shipstation I spend maybe an hour a day overseeing ops. Had issues with FB feedback store last year due to many orders being delayed due to USPS pandemic delays, so previous FB page was restricted. I launched a new page and for 2021 and havent had any issues until Jan 5th where new page score dropped below 2. No issues to ad account or pixel which is where the real value is and these will be transferred on the sale. Feel free to message me if you have any questions!

Other details about profit: NUMBERS PRESENTED BY EXCHANGE ARE INCORRECT. We are a holiday store so Exchange averages out the months when volume is low to show lower numbers above. Screenshots from shopify & FB can definitely be provided for proof. Last year in 2020 (when I had more time to dedicate to this score) We did 500k in Nov/Dec 2020 and scaled to over $25k/day. This year we scaled to $10k/day (profiting about $1.5-$2k per day)... and did about $250k from Nov 1-Dec 15th. On the $250k we profited about $30k.

    How to grow this business

    These results are from selling only 1 print on demand product - it should be printed on 20+ products we just haven't done it. Not leveraging email and a lot of happy customers who would definitely buy from us again.
