We handle the customer support with Helpscout - we’ve already configured a lot of things in Helpscout to automatise and scale our support - a team of multilangage (They talk FR/ENG/SPA/GER) freelancers is taking care of our customer support.

They are very good at what they do, and know what to do in almost 98% of the situations because we’ve build smart workflows with them - If they don’t, they can tag us (as you would do on Facebook) and it becomes easy for us to jump on the conversation and discuss privately a solution with our team - no more messy Emails/Whatsapp/Skype messages etc everywhere.

IN SHORT, customer support is 300% managed by our team, and you would have (almost) nothing to do in this space although there is still room to implement new processes in HS in order to achieve a better customer satisfaction rate. If for some reasons, you need to add your suppliers and/or your own customer support team, it would take a couple days for the future owner to get back on track - not weeks.


We are working with a network of 2 Chinese suppliers that can source almost ANY products, handle the storage and the shipping Worldwide in 5-10 days max. We are testing products with AliExpress/Amazon/eBay etc., and once we find winning products, we are buying stocks and dealing directly with our suppliers.
