Why this business was started

I received my MBA from Pepperdine University and was looking to start my own business. The fashion industry is very close to my heart as I worked with the Kardashians on personal brands and fashion lines. I opened my first store in Lubbock TX. I am from California so my second store was opened in Calabasas shortly afterward. Now I have the Calabasas store and the online store.

The reason of selling this business

I am selling my business because I recently transitioned into real estate. My father is a developer and he is going to be retiring in a few years. I am learning the business to eventually take over the family business with my brother. Unfortunately I just don't have the time to do both.

What's involved in running this business

I would like to sell the website separate from the retail brick and mortar store but if I have an offer for both, I would be open to it. Right now I have 3 employees. 1 Manager, 1 Assistant Manager, 1 Sales Associate. They manage everything on the day-to-day. My most important role is doing the buying and keeping relationships going with vendors.
