The only involvement is order processing. The other is marketing and Advertising which is easy with Google and Facebook as Shopify has marketing apps already for that purpose. Just need to keep monitoring the store, fixing any minor issues. Orders for the 2 Major medical suppliers will need to be fulfilled manually on their sites, its a easy as login in with your dropship account and purchasing online, so no hassle of sending orders to suppliers ect. Replying to customer queries and general customer service via email is essential to grow customer confidence.
