I saw so much potential in this product, especially for the season we're in. Doing some market research I realized that it could be a great winning product in markets like Germany, Austria and Switzerland; all three of which have the German language in common. From day one the store has been profitable, proving my research before launching the store right.
The reason of selling this business
Unfortunately I find myself reluctantly forced to sell this store, because with the increase in sales Paypal has decided to put a reserve in the account keeping for 90 days 30% of all payments that come in. I do not have much budget and then it becomes impossible to scale this store.
What's involved in running this business
This store doesn't take much of my time. Every day I send the CSV file to my agent who is in charge of shipping the products to me. Otherwise you can get a VA on sites like Fiverr for customer care. Traffic comes directly from paid advertising, although several sales come from direct site search. This is because with an average order of about 90€ the customer needs more time before buying.
