Why this business was started

My business partner and I started this fashion business out of our own need. We saw a gap in the market for unique event wear and transitional pieces which didn’t cost an arm and a leg. We have grown the brand into one that is well known among our Australian customer base and have shown our collections in New York Fashion Week. We regularly participate in our fashion festivals here also. As well as our Shopify sales we also sell on Australia’s biggest online retail platform The Iconic and our monthly sales reflect this also. We have built trusted partnerships with our manufacturers and customers over the 3 years and have an extensive list of contacts in the industry as well as market research and marketing audiences. We have also built our social media pages and email lists to include a wide audience for direct marketing. The price listed accounts for all the labour, stock, customer base, social media audiences (>17k followers) and growth of this brand; the price listed does NOT just account for revenue/profit/sales. You are purchasing the brand and every single one of its assets.

The reason of selling this business

We love this business dearly however we are selling it as we have both been offered opportunities in our careers that we can’t refuse and will not be able to spend the time on this label that it deserves. We have ran this business continuously since 2015 and really hope to find a passionate owner to continue growing the brand and serving our loyal customers.
