I like business and is what I do but ecommerce is not the only source of income im working on growing. There are some other projects that also requiere my attention and selling this store will not only free my time a bit more but it will help me scale those projects to new heights.
My usual day is about checking the ads platform (currently facebook) to see if there are adjustments to make on the ads. Customer service is daily and it takes about half an hour or less of the day, this is responding email inquiries, and respond facebook comments (there are email flow being send automatically so customers get informed in time, this reduces greatly the amount of customer service to be done).
Order fulfilling is done by my virtual assistant and thats only from tuesday to saturday (this is what work for me given my cash flow). And this virtual assistant also adds tracking numbers to paypal to reduce the risk of disputes and chargebacks.
