Why this business was started
We purchased this business to add to our portfolio in Feb 2019. Since then we've applied our systems and processes to standardise and streamline the business, making it easy for the new owner to pick up and run with.
The original owner started the business in 2016 as a drop shipping business (from local Australian suppliers) and had immediate success by offering high-quality brands to a hungry market.
This was largely due to the relationships built with each individual brand supplier, all of which are located within Australia.
The reason of selling this business
To be completely transparent, we're applying the 80/20 rule to our portfolio and are focusing our resources on our better performing brands.
That's not to say that this isn't a good investment... It certainly is and has been for us!
And I've got no doubt that for the right person or business it would be an amazing opportunity.
We just want to double down on our other brands in 2020 and beyond.

What's involved in running this business
Customer service is something that sets this business apart from the competition. Answering emails, phone calls and live chats are easily managed by one person as is the order processing.
Advertising on Google is maintained weekly by reviewing keyword bids and budgets.
The business owner may choose to conduct these tasks him/herself of employ a VA to manage these tasks.
We hold stock and dispatch one of the brands. If the buyer wishes we can discuss continuing this system where we hold and dispatch stock for you if you don't have a warehouse or 3PL.
