The reason of selling this business

This business was created and built with the view of selling onwards when the time was right. I believe that time is now. I have been given the opportunity of full-time employment as the head of online for a major fashion brand, which prevents me from running this company. Incidentally, the growth of this business is what lead me to assuming my new position, creating a conflict of interest.

One way in which the new owner can improve the business is to leverage buying items as opposed to dropshipping the entire collection. There are items which sell in 100s, every month which could easily have the buying costs cut by over half if leveraging the third party logistics company which is closely connected to the business, who will do the buying for you and charge a rate of $1 + shipping per sale.

Another way the future owner can improve the business is look to implement cross-selling, up-selling and increasing the AOV per every customer, which has not been tested on the store yet.

Furthermore, leverage the approx. 10,000 email addresses which have been collected for marketing campaigns, that are significantly cheaper than paid social media campaigns, thus increasing the margins.
