I decided to start this business because I already owned 3 of this product, saw that the demand for this product was increasing, and noticed that there were clear ways to outperform competitors in the market. I also love ecommerce in general, and especially the feeling of delivering value to customers who are so satisfied they buy again and again.
The reason of selling this business
I'll be honest with you. I have a full-time day job that requires me to work ~70h every single week. Although it's great to keep collecting profits from the store, it pains me that I don't have the time and energy to take it to the next level. I love the product, love the customers, and love my employee. But, I love my day job (especially the people I work with) and have decided that the only way this business will grow to what I know it can really become is if I hand it over to someone who is willing to learn from me, put in the work, and be ready for an awesome adventure.
What's involved in running this business
1) Create advertising goals and achieve them - advertise with Facebook ads and test different creatives and different audiences (I have videos I made on these, which I will share with you), or you can also hire an expert / agency. 2) Re-evaluting inventory levels every 1-2 weeks, and determining how much inventory to purchase from the supplier.

How to grow this business
This store has been consistently growing and performing for the past 6 months, but it is just the beginning. I've only been focusing on Facebook ads, but you can take this store to the next level by TESTING. To be specific with what you can test: 1) launch new Facebook ad creatives, 2) find and work with the right Instagram/Tik Tok influencers, 3) do occasional market research and catch trends as they pop up, 4) use Google ads for targeting cold and warm traffic, and 5) all the above. This store is unlike other Shopify stores on this exchange because minor tweaks (in ad creatives, SKUs offered, website layout, etc.) can really have major impacts to advertising ROI and margin. And as a note, the products I sell are high quality, and our most passionate customers have bought 5-10 of them when each costs ~$30 USD.
Skills to have
The owner needs to be a good manager or a good marketer - Both will be great, but you will need at least one of these skills. To explain - the WEBSITE currently works on autopilot with just my virtual assistant taking care of customer service (every day) and then me seeing which SKUs need to be reordered every 1-2 weeks from my supplier. The ADVERTISING is where I spend the most amount of time (which often times is just 1-2 hours per week). I love testing different things and have found that once a campaign starts performing consistently, I can either a) go back to being hands-off on the business or b) keep doing little experiments until it's time to revamp the advertising campaign strategy. I will teach you how to advertise and test, exactly like I have done to grow the store. I even have a few pre-recorded videos of exactly how I like to advertise and make my campaigns, scale them, etc. But also feel free to hire someone to do this!
