Why this business was started

EN: I started this business because it requires only a small weekly expenditure of time to operate it.

This is not just a single winning-product store, but a brand with more than 6 articles (huge potential for more).

This are special men sportswear products with great feedback from the customers. You can easily add women products and I can also show you great sellers where I already tested some products.

A short overview about the figures (1st Novembre 2021): We have more than 500 orders with more than 700 products sold. The return rate is less than 10% in 2021 (for fashion it is a magnificient number) Average order value: 57 Euro Returning customer rate 2021: 6.99 % Returning customer rate octobre: 38.24%

2021 Overview: Revenue: 75.509 Euros, Expenses: about 50.000 Euros (exact numbers and lists can be requested)

Alltime is not very intersting, 2020 was just the starting time with revenue less than 2000 Euros.

Das ist nicht nur ein Store mit einem einzelnen Winning-Product, sondern eine Brand mit mehr als 6 Artikeln und einem großen Potential für viel mehr.

Hier handelt es sich um speziellen Männer Sportkleidung mit sehr gutem Feedback von den Kunden. Auch Frauenkleidung kann sehr einfach hinzugefügt werden, hier wurde schon einiges getestet.

Einmal die Zahlen, Stand 1. November 2021: Mehr als 500 Bestellung mit mehr als 700 verkauften Produkten. Die Rücksenderate liegt bei weniger als 10% in 2021 (Für Mode der Hammer). Durchschnittlicher Bestellwert: 57 Euro, Rate der wiederkehrenden Käufer 2021: 6,99%, Oktober: 38,24%

The reason of selling this business

EN: This was my first pretty successful project and I would like to sell it to get more focus onto my other two businesses. Here you can already earn enough to live from it, but to get the business big you have to spend for minimum 20 hours a week to look for new influencer or partners, add new products. I do not have the time for it so I have to sell it for this low price.

Leider habe ich parallel noch zwei Geschäfte am Laufen und würde gern mehr Fokus bekommen, da alles nur halbherzig betrieben wird.     Seller‘s Advice

    How to grow this business

    EN: The owner of the store will get 1 month of support beginning with a kickup meeting and up to 4 extra meetings to get information about my scaling and growth strategy for the business:

    facebook ads - The summer ads ran pretty well but the maximum ads spent was 200 Euros/day, it will be absolute easy to scale the business up. Winter ads are now getting better, but here are a few things to make better.

    google ads - an account was created, also for google analytics and you will also get it with this buy. But to be honest, I have no idea how to run google ads, so if you have good knowledge here, this is an extra way to get more sales

    e-mail marketing - The shop is based in Germany and I did not run extra campaigns for more E-Mail subscribers. Actually we have about 220 subscribers for the marketing. If you want I can give you a bunch of ideas how to start the Marketing right, like I did for another brand from me. Great ratio from earnings per sale.

    influencer/affiliate marketing - I already have a few influencer with a very good return, but they are pretty small. All the texts for writing them is included to the instagram channel so you can easily pick up new influencer. You will also get all contacts to the existing 4 cooperations. There is also a program for affiliate marketing installed and set up so you can start easily.

    DE: Der Käufer des Shops bekommt von mir eine Betreuung für einen Monat, inklusive Kick-Up Meeting und vier Folgegesprächen. Hier wird er auch über meine Ideen bzgl. Skalierung und Wachstum der Marke (alle Produkte gebrandet) erhalten.

    Facebook Werbung - Die Anzeigen im Sommer liefen richtig gut, aber die maximalen Ausgaben waren bei 200 Euro pro Tag, hier ist sicherlich ein Riesenpotential vorhanden, einfach mehr Geld reinzupumpen. Die Zielgruppen umfassen in Deutschland ca. 4,5 Mio. User, sodass das kein Problem sein sollte. Die Werbung für den Winter läuft aktuell gut an, inwieweit sich das noch entwickeln wird bzgl. Profitabilität, ist abzuwarten.

    Google Werbung - Alle Accounts wurden bei google eröffnet und können übergeben werden. Allerdings habe ich keine Ahnung von google ads, vielleicht kannst du ja was draus machen.

    E-mail Marketing - Der Shop verkauft in Deutschland und ich habe keine Extra-Kampagnen für mehr E-Mail Abonnenten laufen lassen. Klaviyo ist allerdings installiert und ich kann hier auch einiges von meiner anderen Brand mit auf den Weg geben. Besonders langfristig interessant, da hier auch sehr viel Geld pro Sale verdient wird.

    Influencer/Affiliate Marketing - Ich habe schon Werbepartnerschaften mit einigen Influencern abgeschlossen, die auch einen guten Return bringen. Bisher sind das aber nur Mikroinfluencer und vier an der Zahl, die Kontakte bekommst du natürlich. Ich habe auch schon ein automatisches Affiliate Programm installiert und betreibe das auch aktiv, mit dem die Provisionen automatisch erstellt werden und Affiliate Links und Rabatte erstellbar sind.

Every product is also sourced on aliexpress so you can directly ship it from China, if you do not want to send it by your own) 3. Jedes Produkt wurde über aliexpress gesourct, sodass du alles auch rein per Dropshipping handlen kannst.) 3. Facebook Werbung schalten (Werbematerial und -account wird dir übergeben und der Rest wird im 1:1 Meeting besprochen) 4. Administrative Arbeit (Kundensupport, E-Mails ...) 5. Website und Produkte - Um Änderungen zu machen, falls notwendig.
