If you don't know how Facebook ads works you can use influencer marketing and organic marketing through Instagram.
Influencer marketing: Find cat lover "micro-influencers" on Instagram and get in touch via direct message or email saying that you love their profile and are looking to collaborate with them, and that you would love to send product(s) for free in exchange of the post with the link in bio, swipe up story. You can even offer them to earn commissions by posting video/picture of the product.
Organic marketing through Instagram: Promote products via Instagram feed post, Instagram stories with swipe up feature.
The best strategy for organic marketing: Find target audience through hashtags # (for example: #catsofinstagram)! Follow profile's that has 100+ followers. A lot will follow you back. Send them a direct message thanking them that they followed back. You can mention that you have an online store and you are having flash sale. Some people will take the deal and purchase something. But make sure to give them personalized discount code so they feel good about the deal. You can say that you will feature them on the Instagram profile as well.
