Why this business was started

I am a dropout marketer. When I was a university student for three years I made the decision to go full time into entrepreneurship after having a disagreement with multiple marketing teachers who were still teaching newspaper ads. I used what I knew and learned from online sources (youtube, facebook and private courses). After 6 months and 12 different websites along with practice marketing on 41 different products things started to come together.

The reason of selling this business

I see a ton of untapped potential in this store. The only revenue stream that has been tapped into is paid advertisements through facebook. That leaves Google Ads, Influencer Marketing, youtube ads, pinterest, blogs, snapchat, youtube, tik tok and Organic traffic all untapped. I am not at the point where I feel confident in my abilities in other marketing platforms and want to give someone the opportunity to grow this business exponentially, with that being said I have also decided to sell the business so that I can focus my time and efforts on growing my other businesses.

The last few months appear to be slower for revenue and it is for these reasons:

  1. I had fraud on my business bank account from another store i was running and had to cancel my cards putting facebook advertisements on hold.

    1. The Video was at 5.3 million views and had ad fatigue (was not performing as well) So a new video needed to get film, at the same time I was working on getting custom logo's and packaging on the product. With that being said samples needed to get shipped in (twice) then there were issue with manufacture so we had to switch and order stock which took extra time.

At this point in time there is absolutely no hassle for the buyer, everything is set up. The only thing needed is new content.

    How to grow this business

    **NOTE: Before reading this please know that the facebook account is gone, there is no issues with the business legally but a new facebook pixel would need to be started. You would be able to you customer info for high quality traffic from the beginning.

    I would focus on getting organic traffic and source out tens of micro influencers and a few macro influencers getting them on an affiliate plan.

    Google Ads is something that has been neglected as well as email marketing, these are two things that could account for 50% of revenue. These would become a priority over the next 5 years turning this store into a known brand.

    Tik-Tok, Pintrest, twitter, youtube and snapchat ads would come into play. Facebook has been the only source of traffic. Lastly I would work lots on the positioning of the brand in the market, how it differentiates from the competitors.

    Skills to have

    Facebook advertisement knowledge is key, but this is a product with a large target market so there are many different ways you would be able to scale this business.
