Why this business was started
This business was very much a passion project. I'm super passionate about health; especially water. Access to safe, fresh and clean drinking water Is VITAL to our health yet It seems to be excessively difficult to obtain. Nowadays, our city's water supply contains so many bacteria, viruses and other components that damage our heath. I patiently researched solutions for many months and found the perfect products that directly cater the problems we are all agonisingly facing today.
Being passionate about my health and reaching peak performance - being skilled in facebook ads I managed to get up to a x10 ROAS/ROI consistently over several months. Unfortunately i never had the cashflow to scale this business; I mean it when I say this: HydroGenius being in the water niche has HUGE potential for anyone with a decent scaling budget.
The reason of selling this business
The only reason for selling this business is to obtain liquidity so I can try new things, start a new passion project and hopefully travel.
We also- on November 28th- experienced a profile ban on our facebook account (Unrelated to HG) due to circumvention which made it difficult to continue scaling under my profile. You will have no problems scaling this business on facebook ads, however as we have a new domain ([REDACTED]) prepared (this will avoid any problems).
What's involved in running this business
Very little is actively required unless you're planning to aggressively scale; everything Is outsourced at this stage.
As a general overview, you may need to find and organise new product launches, negotiate bulk orders from clients, schedule and manage ad campaigns and check up on the team every few days to make sure things are going smoothly.
All this usually takes me apprx. an hour daily. This business can also be left for weeks without any management (if you're planning on taking a well-deserved vacation of course)

How to grow this business
I would most definitely hire a digital marketing expert or run ads myself to double down on what's working and aggressively scale google and Facebook ads ads (4ROAS consistent actively) and Invest heavily into the affiliate/ influencer programme In order to build a network of affiliates and partners.
In addition I would prepare a U.S warehouse and negotiate wholesale/ supply partnerships with supermarkets, pharmacy's, spa's, etc within northern America.
This evergreen, in high-demand and passionate niche has HUGE potential for many new products to be introduced. I have a prepared list of products that I HIGHLY recommend be introduced over time.
Finally, I would also work with various health & beauty podcasts, radio stations and blogs as these have powerful reach towards our target market.

You simply need knowledge of running a brand/business and preferably marketing. Everything else can be outsourced with ease.
