    How to grow this business

    Depending on the level of investment the new owner can afford, we would recommend the following: Keep offering machines that are efficient on hills and with decent autonomy. They must be well known in the electric scooter community. Ideally be based in Auckland, the biggest market share and allow people to collect their scooters. Make sure you remain affordable to customers. Prefer selling more with lower margin than the opposit as most of your competitors. Rank better on Google, improve site copywriting, Strengthen partnership with Voro motors.

    Skills to have

    Be careful, the technology improves/changes very fast. Do not buy huge quantities to get better wholesale rate, you will end up selling obsolete machines with no margin. Basic technical skills are required to provide repair and maintenance advices. Repairs are usually done by us unless the customer wants to do it.
