I saw a gap in the market and an opportunity to sell to a very passionate audience. People are constantly queuing outside these types of stores for hours and hours to be the first to get the new hottest items. I tried to recreate this by adding unique products.
You could further enhance this by making this store even more exclusive by marketing the products as having a very limited stock and having product drops.
The reason of selling this business
I have moved on to an inventory held private label brand that requires much more time from me. SO as much as I love this store I would much rather it go to someone who can give it a lot more time and affection then I can.
What's involved in running this business
Everything that's involved in a drop shipping store. I have no VA's as I didn't scale it to huge numbers and just fulfilled orders in my spare time. Also a basic understanding of Facebook ads is important. And regularly posting on the IG account.
As mentioned previously It's a branded store aimed at the younger hypebeast market.
The reasons for this is because people literally go nuts over brands like supreme,bape etc
it's a very hungry passionate audience that if you approach with the correct marketing angle can make big $$$

Another suggestion I would have is actually getting into influencer marketing as this is something I never had time to dive into, however it has a huge ROI as there are many influencers within this space with untapped audiences.

I created this store because I saw an opportunity to capitalise on the hypebeast market. This is a VERY passionate audience and the market itself will only grow over the next 5 years. As it stands I'm only selling accessories, however you could very easily incorporate a clothing line and many other streetwear/hypebeast items and scale this into a huge business.

You should also have a good idea of what the target market is hypebeast/supreme are solid brands to look at.
