Why this business was started
I started this business because I wanted to try creating a brand with a bigger niche audience. My other brand is proving to be very successful despite the fact that it has a very small niche audience. I wanted to see where I could take it, and once I have an idea, I need to run with it.
The reason of selling this business
In creating Epic Earth Co I have realised that I am spreading myself too thin. My other brand, which I am very passionate about, is suffering and I find myself not being able to give the time needed to launch Epic Earth Co. I know it can be done as I have successfully done it with my other brand, but I am lacking the time. I have doubled my workload, and as a busy homeschooling parent, it is too much work for me.
What's involved in running this business
I post to Instagram every day, using a scheduling app called Later. I respond to emails and search for influenecers to represent us. I log all expenses and sales in Excel spreadsheets. I think of new designs, but the store has many t-shirts at this point, so new designs aren't necessary at the moment. There are 45 designs in total on the store, each design available in unisex t-shirts, women's t-shirts, unisex hoodies and unisex sweathsirts. All of the designs were created by me, an award-winning artist, and they are submitted using the company Printful. The Printful app is on the Shopify store. When a customer places an order, Shopify notifies Printful and they print the item of clothing and send it directly to the customer, so there is very little involvement of the store owner. It is a very smooth process. Just as an aside, I paid for the Shopify plan for a year (US$312), so that fee is incldued in the cost of the sale. We also have paid for 6 influencers so far to post IG posts for us. Five of them are yet to post on their IG feeds (some haven't yet received their items, they were just sent out last week). We have also done a giveaway (we planned to do a giveaway once a month, and generally the winner posts on IG too), and the winner is yet to post on IG. All of these expenses have already been paid for. This is a completely turn-key business, ready for someone who has the time to put into creating IG posts and finding influencers. The domain costs are $52.86 a year, but this includes Microsoft Email Essentials for the email acount email@example.com.

How to grow this business
I would grow the store by growing the Instagram and Facebook followings, as well as creating a blog to imrpve credibility. I would find influencers to represent our brand, and research the possiblity of bringing in more eco-conscious products.
