Why this business was started
I began e-commerce by dropshipping items from Aliexpress, which was great however it died out after a few months due to not being able to find another winning product.
After finding a mentor who had several successful stores which had been outsourced and consistently making money without the need of finding winning products i became interested and started my journey in the same model as my mentor.
I decided to take the step to start a real brand, it's no easy feat and the first 6 months of the business were the hardest. However i knew that if i went ahead and became successful with this business i wouldn't have to worry about money anymore and for a long time.
The reasons that mostly sold me were:
1) Sales for this model come through Google PLA (Product Listing Ads), Google is a search engine which means people have INTENT when they search. So if somebody is searching for a specific product, their intent is to buy it. So this means we would only spend money on traffic that actually wants to buy an item that we already have.
2) Diversified risk, in my Aliexpress dropshipping store we had 1 product making 99.9% of all sales. When it died out, the business died out as well. This model doesn't have one product selling but several which means if one product died out then we would have others to rely upon.
3) Cashing out, the start of every business is the hardest part as it requires the biggest investment of time, energy and money. Once the business has passed the initial stages and it has begun making a profit, if kept running for 12 months of consistent profit we would have able to sell it for 25x monthly profit through other selling marketplaces.
The reason of selling this business
When i began this store i wanted to grow it to a point of consistently making me income every month, i just desired to be making $2,000 a month profit per month in semi-autopilot only having to work around 5 hours a week. Which is totally doable as my mentor has several stores and he works even less of that per week on his stores.
However, after coming to Chiang Mai, Thailand i found my true passion. I begun doing coaching and digital products around my passions which are becoming the best version of yourself and guiding people to manifest accurately what they want in life.
I have been getting a lot of fulfillment working on my passion rather than working for money. However we all have to start somewhere, i've taken the leap of faith and will use the money of the sale of the business to fund the growth of my personal brand.

Maintaining the Business:
1) Order Fulfillment
Fulfill orders from different suppliers, such as reaching out to them by e-mail and letting them know the product the customer ordered and where it's going (customer details) You will be doing most of the orders through e-mail, some have their own online platform where you checkout with a special discount. It depends on every supplier.
(The business will be given with a guide on how to fulfill orders from each supplier)
- Customer Service
New customers: This customers have just gotten to your site from paid advertising or organic traffic, they'd like to buy an item but they want to make sure you are a legit business, specifications of the product, shipping times and similar inquiries. Most information needed to deal with this inquiries can be found on the product pages, suppliers website or documents given by supplier. (All will be given) if not found you can always reach out to the supplier to get the exact answer about a specific product.
We run traffic through Google Ads and re-target people through Facebook, we have great ROAS on the traffic so there is great potential there. It's very easy to mantain, no need to be changing things daily, weekly or monthly however it's recommended to analyze weekly and optimize in order to get a better ROAS. (Google Ads account will be given when the business is purchased.)
Growing the Business:
1) Getting More Suppliers
This part of the business is pretty straight forward, you get more suppliers this means you get more brands to sell and more products to send traffic to. They are willing to work with you however they get a lot of calls from other new and old competitors looking to set up an account with them so you must be 1) consistent and 2) persistent, even if they say NO as they have had with me before i call them back every single month and so far i've gotten more than 50 new suppliers. I have an SOP on how to talk to suppliers, what to say, when to call them, and the common questions they ask and how to answer them.
2) Uploading more products
Once you get more suppliers you will instantly have more products to upload to your store therefore you must upload them. This is pretty straightforward however if needed i have an SOP for this since i have a VA focusing on this alone.
- Running more traffic
Once you are starting to make a good ROAS, you will be able to start running traffic to this business. Right now we are spending about $600 per month on Google Ads and we are only getting around 40% of the impression share which means if we got 80% we can double the amount of people who are looking at us. There is a big pie and a lot of potential to reach a lot of people, however we have not increased our traffic yet since we'd like to see some consistency before we spend a lot of money and at the same time have a great foundation that can handle fulfilling several orders per day and handling customer service.
- Optimizing Ads
This is crucial, in the past weeks i got off a coaching call with one of the top sellers in this business model. He analyzed the ads and the general health of the business. What we found out was that we have so much potential to optimize the traffic, we want to pay google mostly for people who are the closest to buying the product therefore we want to keep optimizing and reducing the cost of those searches that are further away and not as close to buying the product the same day.

This business has potential to be a million dollar business, specially since it's just selling in the USA and running on only 1 traffic source. Leveraging the US and the traffic sources we can get the store to a million dollars however once it's time to scale up there is potential in world wide selling. In order to scale the business must be dialed in to profitability by continually optimizing Ads for each brand and once they have been optimized then increasing the budgets and diversifying traffic sources.
