I bought this business last summer as my first dive into e-commerce. It was a website in distress at the time, that needed to fix severe shipping issues. I rectified these issues, and increased the catalog from 1 to 7 products. Revenue increased 5x during this period.

How to grow this business
I would move away from dropshipping directly from China to shipping from warehouses in the US. I looked at ShipBob and similar services, and that may be the best way to scale the shipping side of the business. I would also to continue focusing on TikTok ads.

TikTok ads -- this is the primary source of revenue for the website. Being creative is key here. #1 website in the world. Google ads -- #2 website in the world Dropshipping -- Currently dropshipping from China, but it would be better to buy in bulk and ship from the US Customer Service -- Some customers have questions about products and how to use them. Quick response increases the odds of a sale.
