How to grow this business
The first thing will be to start fresh new social media pages for the store, including new Facebook and Instagram pages. You should create these pages inside a new Facebook Business Manager account, and then you can use that account to run future ads. I will shut down and delete the existing social media pages that are currently linked to my own Business Manager account so you can start fresh.
In the short term to grow this business I would recommend focusing on what has been working: facebook and google ads. From there I would also branch off into youtube advertising, which will involve getting new video ads created for the youtube platform.
I also recommend putting in effort to grow the email marketing side of this brand, which has not seen much dedicated focus to date. Growing a strong and loyal email following for this brand with a focus on reducing neck and back pain while working would be a great and potentially very lucrative next step. It would also allow you to easily launch more products in this niche and to better monetize your existing traffic.
Apart from that you could also look into creating a blog on the website to increase the organic ranking of the site. This could provide a great long term ROI for the brand by bringing in more organic traffic.
