I started this store to save some money to invest in my software business; my plan was to keep working on this store and get it to a point where I have a couple thousand dollars coming in passively to take care of my living expenses, but my software business is more demanding than I thought and I also need some capital to further invest in my software business. I'm a one man band running this show, so to speak. I have set up the store in a very transparent way so the potential customers can clearly see the shipping times, refund policy etc. This way, the owner would not have to deal with a flood of repetitive e-mails asking about shipping times, refunds etc.
The store is up and ready to generate ungodly amounts of revenue each month ($30K+ easily) - If you're willing to drive a good amount of traffic to it. Honestly, you barely have to spend anytime on managing the website, the only time you'll be spending on the website is fulfilling orders and handling customer support requests (which btw can be cheaply outsourced so you can allocate all your time to online advertising which is the key factor that will move the business forward).

The ROI with e-mails is unbeatable; it costs next to nothing to e-mail potential customers and the revenue generated from this method will significantly boost your monthly revenue. You can easily hire someone for cheap to do your e-mail marketing campaigns from any freelancing website.
3) Shipping delays are the most frustrating thing for customers so getting a fulfillment center that holds your inventory and then ship it for you will greatly enhance the customer shopping experience.
4) You can get into private labeling as it increases brand loyalty which means your returning customer rate will go up so you can afford to pay a high customer acquisition cost upfront and then that will pay back many folds with high LTV (Lifetime value) customers.
